What Kwerti offers

Kwerti provides bundled, keyboard-inspired reminders for general encouragement and personal use. The current version lets you read thoughts, revisit them during a session, save them locally, and choose a display name. A widget preview does not install or update a home-screen widget.

Not medical or emergency care

Kwerti is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or crisis monitoring. No health outcome is promised. Do not use it to replace or delay professional care. For an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Using the app

You may use Kwerti for lawful personal purposes, subject to the applicable app-store license. Do not interfere with its operation, infringe others’ rights, or redistribute protected materials without permission. These restrictions do not limit rights granted by applicable law or by an open-source license. You can stop using the app at any time.

Your local information

You control the name you enter and the reminders you save. These remain local as described in the Privacy Policy. App removal, device loss, clearing storage, or software issues may cause data loss. Kwerti does not offer an in-app backup or recovery service. Operating-system backups may behave differently depending on your settings.

Purchases and subscriptions

Android development and release builds offer Monthly and Yearly subscriptions through Google Play. Purchases can charge real money unless Google Play identifies the account and transaction as a license test. Configured iOS development builds use simulated RevenueCat Test Store purchases; iOS release billing requires separate Apple store configuration. The purchase screen and store confirmation show the current price, eligible trial, billing period and renewal terms before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the store; cancellation stops future renewal and normally retains access until the paid or trial period expires. Manage cancellation and payment questions through the store, subject to its rules and applicable law. Premium includes the bundled library and categories, themes, sounds, Android home-screen widgets, unlimited browsing and saving, and up to five daily notifications. Expo Go and web provide a preview with billing disabled.

Availability and updates

Features may change as Kwerti develops. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available, without additional warranties beyond those required by law. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable consumer law.

Ownership and third-party licenses

Kwerti’s artwork, interface, writing, and software are protected according to their applicable ownership and license terms. Third-party software, keyboard recordings, and fonts remain subject to their own licenses. Sound and font notices are available in About. These terms do not override those licenses or grant rights beyond them.

App-store terms

For copies obtained through the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement governs the app license unless a separate custom license is supplied with that release. These terms do not replace that agreement. The applicable store’s terms also govern downloading and using the store.

Responsibility and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other legally protected claims. Statutory warranties, consumer remedies, and your right to use the courts or authorities available under applicable law are preserved.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the updated text and date will be made available in the app and the public terms page. Any notice or agreement required by applicable law will be obtained. Changes do not apply retroactively to remove existing mandatory rights.
